Prosperity - The Law of Attraction

At around the same time as I was beginning to explore Metaphysics and Spirituality, I came across a very small booklet called the 7 Day Mental Diet by Emmett Fox. Essentially it was about my thinking and whether I was a positive thinker or a negative thinker. It challenged me to embark on a 7 day practice of monitoring my thoughts. I did. By the end of 7 days it was clear to me that I was a very negative thinking person. The next step was to begin to make a change in this pattern. I began to monitor my thinking from that point forward. In the beginning it felt like I was like trying to stand in front of an oncoming train and push back as if I were superman. Slowing the train was an everyday process, but my negative thinking began to slow down over time and is virtually non-existent anymore and has been for decades. If you are struggling with your life, I cannot encourage you enough to read and follow the instructions in this little book. The power of positive thinking creates positive beliefs that create positive results in your life.
